The Associates at SIS: The professionals of Strategic Intervention Services Associates (SIS Associates) bring years of practical experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Training Services to your organization.
SIS Associates are former Human Rights and Equity Officers, with expertise in mediation, investigation and counselling in the fields of labour and employment. We have successfully facilitated hundreds of mediations and investigations, and provided legal-based analysis and reporting to the Ontario Human Rights Commission.
Our practice areas include discrimination and harassment, whether related to grounds and social areas covered by provincial and federal human rights laws, or derived from norms contained in United Nations human rights conventions and covenants. We also interpret and apply the substantive principles of related legislation in providing our services.
