We’ll help you collect the evidence and prepare the best possible case. This includes filling out the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal Intake Form and writing any documents or responses needed.

If your case goes to arbitration, we represent you to negotiate a settlement you deserve. If your case continues to the Tribunal, we assist you in selecting witnesses and organizing your evidence.
